Memarchi green homes specializes in infill development; taking land that was previously used for residential or other uses, and transforming it into residential serviced land and/or homes for sale.
Additions
When your home is almost perfect and all you need is more space, Memarchi green Homes can help. Home additions are more prevalent in today’s market than complete new builds. They can also be much more complex as it is imperative to tie the exterior and interiors of the addition with the existing home.
Warranty
We are a registered builder with Tarion Warranty, which provides added security and protection for our clients. Your warranty coverage with Memarchi Green Homes and Tarion begins on the date of possession listed on your Certificate of Completion and Possession from Tarion.
General Home Warranty: 1 year
Warranty Against Water Leakage: 2 years
Warranty on Mechanical Units: Manufacturer’s Warranty
Warranty on Major Structural Defects: 7 years
During the first year of occupancy, you have 2 opportunities (within the first 30 days of possession and within the last 30 days of the first year of possession) to report warranty items to Memarchi Green Homes and Tarion. It is essential that you use the forms provided to you by both Memarchi Green Homes and Tarion. These Warranty Service Requests must be submitted to both Memarchi Green Homes and Tarion.
